Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Klementina Boutique. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.

Please allow approximately 8–15 business days in total from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, high demand or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Klementina Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Delayed Orders

Please allow the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a delayed order.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photographs.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
